There are 16 I/O P1 (P10 ~ P15) in one group.


All ports support Schmitt input, except P13, push-pull or leaky output can be selected.


P13 is input/open drain, which can be reused as external reset 〈 RST input, and high voltage 〉 VPP input when programming.


P15/P14 can be multiplexed into external clock oscillator input/output P10 ~ P12 with built-in pull-up and pull-down resistors, and P13~P15 with built-in pull-up resistors, all of which can be independently enabled.


P10 ~ P12 output current is configurable in 8 levels, P13~P15 output current is configurable in 12 levels (P13 is only limited to irrigation current output).


P10 can be reused as external interrupt input, and all ports supporting external interrupt wake-up function support keyboard interrupt wake-up function and can be enabled separately.


Clock source


The built-in high frequency RC oscillator (16MHz/8MHz/4MHz/2MHz/1MHz) can be used as the system master clock source.


The built-in low-frequency RC oscillator (32kHz) can be used as an external low-frequency clock source.


Support external low-frequency crystal oscillator (32768Hz), which can be used as peripheral low-frequency clock source.
